2. Services
Local Web 360 provides freelance web design, digital marketing, SEO, Google Business optimisation, social media management, and related services to businesses primarily in Yorkshire and Lancashire. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any such agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including text, images, graphics, logos, and design - is the intellectual property of Local Web 360 unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
Upon full payment for a completed project, the client receives a licence to use the delivered work for its intended purpose. Local Web 360 retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging Local Web 360 for services agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required to complete the project
- Supply content, images, and materials in a timely manner
- Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
- Make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule
Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of Local Web 360.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals or agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:
- A deposit is required before work commences
- Final payment is due upon project completion and before the website goes live
- Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998
Local Web 360 reserves the right to suspend or withhold services in the event of non-payment.
6. Revisions and Amendments
Project proposals include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged at our standard hourly rate. Any significant changes to the project scope after work has commenced may require a revised proposal and additional fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
Local Web 360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that project.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, Google services, or social media platforms. Local Web 360 is not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of these third-party services.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of a project. This obligation continues after the project is completed.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:
- Work completed to date will be invoiced at the agreed rate
- Any deposit paid is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
- All materials and assets produced up to the point of termination remain the property of Local Web 360 until full payment is received
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
Local Web 360 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
